With more than 25 years of experience in IT services, security, and managed solutions, Bill brings a unique blend of strategic insight, operational discipline, and leadership across high-growth and transformation-focused organizations. As CDO, he will oversee all of Summit 7’s delivery operations including professional services, managed services, cleared services, and the project management office (PMO) ensuring excellence, scalability, and a consistent client experience.

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Bill began his career as a U.S. Army Airborne Combat Engineer, earning his Ranger tab and Master Parachutist badge. He later earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and went on to lead global teams across both public and private sector organizations. His career includes executive roles at Core BTS, Single Digits, and most recently Cirrus Systems, where he drove operational transformation and delivery innovation across software, infrastructure, and customer experience.
From leading soldiers in combat engineering units to building enterprise delivery teams across multiple industries, Bill’s leadership is grounded in mission clarity, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to service. His appointment reflects Summit 7’s vision for the future: scaling with excellence while remaining grounded in purpose.
