Essential Functions:
Develops software and hardware quotes for customers in a timely manner.Responsible for working closely and directly with existing customers to identify business needs, desires, and requirements.Provides written proposals and states of work to meet the needs in a timely manner.Responsible for maintaining all existing customer information and opportunities in a CRM solution.Responsible for development and management of software and hardware opportunities while working with the primary Customer Account Manager and the executive team.Responsible for responding to and following up on sales inquiries in a prompt, professional manner.Maintains a strong working relationship with Microsoft and ISV partner teams.Supports executive team by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, and account analysis.Research competitive firms by identifying and evaluating service characteristics, capabilities, market share, pricing, and advertising.Job Specifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated detail-oriented retail or retail sales experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Office 365 Cloud applications.
- Ability to work independently and a strong desire for personal and professional development.
- All candidates MUST BE a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass an extensive background check.
Work Conditions:
Work is typically performed in an office environment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. The person in this position may need to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. May occasionally need to position self to maintain computers, including under the desks and in the server closet. The person in this position frequently communicates with employees and clients. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
